You have the right to have your personal information kept private.

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

When accessing the Altido website, Altido Consulting Services will learn certain information about you during your visit. Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below) and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address.

IP Addresses
IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server as part of demographic and profile data known as “traffic data” so that data (such as the Web pages you request) can be sent to you.
Email Information
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail and telephone. We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless strictly compelled to do so by law.

Our Legislative Requirements
The way we handle personal information is regulated by the The Privacy Act 1988. We are also governed by the Health Records and Information Privacy Act NSW 2002, Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014, and the Public Records Act 1973. In addition, we have obligations under professional and ethical codes of practice to protect the confidentiality of health information. The Privacy Act contains 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APP) which regulate the way we collect, store, provide access to, use and disclose personal information.

We place a high value on developing and maintaining trust and authenticity with all clients. About Our Services

Occupational Therapists

Skilled at assessing activities of daily living. We are able to provide therapy sessions to improve our client’s safety or independence with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing and eating.

Psychology & Counselling

We have team who are experienced in undertaking comprehensive assessments, counselling, individual behavior strategies and all areas of report writing including Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)

Exercise Physiologist

At Altido Consulting Services accredited exercise Physiologists are allied health professionals with the highest level of training for prescribing exercise to individuals.

Dietitians

Our dietitians specialise in providing professional nutrition and dietetic services to people with a range of issues or disability conditions.

NDIS Support Coordination

This support will assist you to build the skills you need to understand, implement and use your plan. A support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.

NDIS Plan Management

Plan management is different from having the NDIA manage funding in your NDIS plan, or you choosing to self-manage your plan. More information on ways to manage your funding.
